That gap between knowing and moving is not a knowledge problem. It’s a nervous system problem. And talking about it can’t reach the layer where it actually lives.

The Threshold Session works from the body up — not the mind down.

Using breathwork, visualization, and somatic experiencing, we locate the exact place in your body where the pattern lives, name what it actually is, and begin to create the conditions for it to shift.

In 60 minutes, you will feel something that years of insight work couldn’t quite reach. Not because I’m magic. Because the body has been waiting for someone to finally ask it directly.

Before anything else, I want to know what brought you here. What you want. What you keep stopping in front of. This isn’t intake — it’s the first act of being truly received. What you share here becomes the material we work with in the scan.

The Breath of Bliss activation

A guided breathwork experience that opens your body so what comes next lands somewhere real — not just in your head. This is the bridge between knowing and feeling. Everything we talked about? The breath moves it from up here to down here.

The Threshold Scan

The somatic process that locates your Threshold Block in your body in real time. We find it. We name it. We let your nervous system receive a different signal than the one it’s been running. You will feel the shift — even if it’s only 5%. That 5% is everything.

Before you arrive

Do I need experience with somatic work or breathwork?

Not at all. Casey — a trained somatic bodyworker — said it best: “I haven’t been this relaxed in a long time.” Whether you’ve never heard of somatic work or you’ve been doing it for years, this session meets you exactly where you are.

How is this different from therapy or coaching?

Therapy and coaching typically work from the mind down — insight, understanding, strategy. This works from the body up. If you can explain your patterns in perfect detail but still can’t shift them, you’ve hit the ceiling of insight-based work. This reaches the layer beneath the insight.

What if nothing happens?

Something always happens — because the body is always responding, even when the mind isn’t sure what it’s feeling. If you show up and stay present, the work lands. A 5% shift in a pattern that’s been running for decades is enormous. You don’t need a dramatic breakthrough. You just need a first move.

Why three sessions for the bundle?

One session locates the block and creates a first shift. Three sessions let you go deeper — building nervous system safety over time, working with different layers of the pattern, and building the kind of self-trust that actually sticks. Real change is built in repetition, not revelation.

Is this therapy?

No. This is somatic practice and nervous system work — it is not a replacement for professional mental health support. If you are in crisis or working with complex trauma, please work with a licensed therapist.
